Tight spaces make maneuvering baggage a hassle!!! Poor water pressure in showers left a lot to be desired!!!

The windows overlooked the sunny side. The air conditioning wasn't working very well. It was very hot in the room.

The venue was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. We have spent 3 days in twin room with medieval design, a view of the castle, painted glass. The location was magnificent and perfectly comfortable within walking distance of all the main attractions, near a metro station. The outstanding service and shuttle to airport far exceeded our expectations. Really enjoyed this hotel, had perfect experience.

It's fairly clean hotel with incredible views and a unique design. The breakfast is savoury, enormous and the staff is very amiable.

I spent 4 nights at this charming hotel while exploring the beautiful sights of Prague, particularly the nearby Charles Bridge and the tranquil park just steps away, where we enjoyed the lovely peacocks. The location was a perfect blend of being close to bustling attractions yet peaceful for a good night's rest. The breakfast didn’t change over the days, but it offered a solid variety of options each morning. I loved the whimsical decor that added character to the stay.

I liked everything. Location, super. Everything's close. The hotel is clean and cozy. Delicious breakfasts. I'll be sure to get back there again.

The breakfast is super with salads and yogurts, for instance, had everything you could imagine. Staff is incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating and you can park your car by hotel. It has particularly good location to see Charles Bridge:)))

Location was great. My parent's deluxe room was spacious and gorgeous. Breakfast was good.

My double room was cramped, had a very creepy 2 tailed mermaid lighting fixture. The small window faced another building/window. Neither room faced the Prague Castle. Double room photos online don't reflect what I had.

This place suits me perfectly, with excellent Wi-Fi, helpful luggage storage, and attentive 24-hour reception. The first time, staff helped me find a valuable item. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice experience.

Best location (a center between old town and prague castle) and the room is very clean , beautiful and big. Worth to stay again.

Quite comfortable hotel with an interesting and comfortable interior of deluxe double room, excelent location, fine breakfast and the friendly staff.

Little bit small and dilapidated bathroom and also not so convenient to use faucet and shower.
